Terms & Conditions imcuci — Complete Guidelines for All Malaysian Members

This document contains the Terms & Conditions ("Terms") governing the use of the imcuci accessible via our official website. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any imcuci service in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to refrain from registering or using imcuci's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Imcuci reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on our website. Imcuci services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration

• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• Not depositing or placing bets using funds obtained through unlawful means

Imcuci reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time to verify compliance with eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) imcuci account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party
• Notify imcuci immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation

Imcuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence in managing the security of your login credentials.

Imcuci accepts deposits through the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and supported Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods. The maximum daily deposit limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts and can be increased for VIP members based on membership tier.

All deposits must be made using an account or payment instrument registered in your own name. imcuci does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is credited from a third-party account, imcuci reserves the right to freeze the deposit until identity verification is completed.

Withdrawals from your imcuci account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or payment instrument registered in your own name
• First withdrawals from a new account may require additional identity verification
• Any active bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — the bonus balance will be forfeited if a withdrawal is made before the requirements are fulfilled
• Imcuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Malaysian IC or passport) for withdrawals exceeding a specified amount

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 3 to 5 minutes via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. Gold-tier VIP members and above enjoy faster priority processing. Withdrawals via FPX may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank's policy.

Imcuci reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals where there are indicators of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms while an investigation is ongoing. Members will be notified of the reason for the suspension within a reasonable timeframe.

All bonuses and promotions offered by imcuci are subject to specific wagering requirements (turnover requirements), which will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotional offer. The general conditions that apply to all imcuci bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been fully met
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only — attempting to claim the same bonus by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms
• Imcuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if the conditions for receiving a bonus are found to have been met through illegitimate means or fraud
• The validity period for each bonus is stated in the respective offer — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited
• Minimum and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active must be observed — bets exceeding the maximum limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided

For imcuci's VIP Rewards Programme, VIP points are accumulated automatically based on your betting activity. imcuci reserves the right to amend point accumulation rates, conversion values, and VIP tier benefits with reasonable notice. VIP points hold no cash value and cannot be transferred to other members.

Bets confirmed by the imcuci system cannot be cancelled or modified except under circumstances specifically set out in these Terms. The following applies to all sports bets placed on imcuci:

• Cancelled Matches: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be fully refunded. If a match is suspended after it has started and does not resume within 24 hours, all unresolved bets will be refunded.
• Clearly Erroneous Odds: If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a significant technical error, imcuci reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the members.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bet outcomes are final and based on official match results. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect bets that have already been placed.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out value is final once you confirm the cash out. Requests to cancel a confirmed cash out will not be entertained.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable through system records

• The use of automated software, bots, or any technical tools to play on your behalf is strictly prohibited
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each table or game must be observed — bets exceeding the limit will be automatically rejected by the system

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the imcuci platform and will result in penalty action, including account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Using funds obtained through unlawful means or engaging in money laundering
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages through coordinated betting or the exchange of confidential information
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through betting strategies designed to avoid risk (bonus abuse)
• Filing chargebacks or unauthorised payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider

Imcuci shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party provider infrastructure failures, or natural disasters
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to the user's own negligence in managing their account security
• Unfavourable betting or game outcomes made in accordance with the applicable rules
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties beyond imcuci's control

Under no circumstances shall imcuci's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Imcuci is fully committed to responsible gambling. As part of this commitment, we provide the following self-control tools for all members:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount for your preferred time period. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be reduced right away — increasing the limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum net loss limit for a given period. Betting activity will be automatically suspended once this limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum daily or weekly playing session duration.
• Voluntary Break: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a duration of your choice. Your account will be fully suspended for the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to permanently self-exclude from the imcuci platform. Self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed.

Imcuci also reserves the right to unilaterally impose limits or suspend an account if there are signs that a member's betting activity displays patterns of concern from a responsible gambling perspective, even without a request from the member.
